Shipping, Returns and General Info

When will my item ship?

Please allow 3-7 business days to process your order. Please allow 3-21 business days, once shipped, before your package is delivered. If applicable, tracking information will be sent once item has shipped. Once item is shipped, it cannot be canceled. Please understand these shipping and delivery times may vary. We are not responsible for lost, delayed, damaged or stolen mail. Please double check that your shipping information is correct. We are not responsible for wrong information.

What shipping services do you use?

All original artwork is shipped via USPS Priority Mail or USPS First Class Mail and includes tracking information. Once item has been shipped, it is out of our hands. Please make sure shipping information is correct. We are not responsible for lost, delayed, stolen or damaged mail. If package is returned back to us due to being undeliverable , there will be a fee to reship.

Some items are shipped via a Third Party Fulfillment Center and may use a variety of shipping companies.

What if my item is lost, arrives damaged, or is stolen?

Although we prepare each item as best as we can for shipping using recycled materials, things can happen beyond our control. With the said, we are NOT responsible for lost, stolen or damaged mail. If your order has tracking and insurance, it is YOUR responsibility to contact your local Post Office and file a claim.

Do you accept returns/exchanges?

All sales are final. Some exceptions may apply at our discretion. Please contact me at if you have any issues with your order.

Third Party Fullfilment

Some items are processed and shipped through a third party fulfillment center. Shipping carriers, shipping, and delivery times may vary. If your oder contains multiple items, you may be getting separate shipments from myself as well as the third party fulfillment centers. All third party items are made to order.

How do I care for my resin pieces?

Keep out of direct sunlight for long periods of time. To clean, just use a damp cloth to wipe down
